One-to-one online therapy sessions grounded in a mind–body, neuroscience-informed approach.
How it works
Individual sessions offer a dedicated space to explore emotional patterns, physical symptoms, and lived experience together. My approach integrates psychological insight with an understanding of how stress, trauma, and chronic activation are held in the body.
Sessions are collaborative and paced, with attention to both what is being spoken and what may be showing up physiologically over time.
What's included
50-minute online therapy sessions.
Sessions are booked individually via the online calendar.
