One-to-One Corporate Support
My corporate work is offered on an individual basis and follows the same mind–body, neuroscience-informed approach as my therapy practice. The focus is on how professional demands interact with the nervous system, identity, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE HERE
People usually arrive at this work because something in their professional life has begun to feel unsustainable, misaligned, or physically demanding. Often it’s not one single issue, but a pattern that has been building over time.Below are some of the themes that commonly bring clients to individual corporate support.
This can show up as constant mental load, difficulty switching off, or a sense of carrying responsibility alone. For some, it looks like hyper-vigilance and over-functioning; for others, emotional flatness or exhaustion. The nervous system remains in a state of high alert, even outside of work.
Executive responsibility and leadership pressure
Imposter experiences often emerge alongside achievement rather than in its absence. They may show up as persistent self-doubt, fear of being “found out,” difficulty internalising success, or a feeling of needing to prove oneself repeatedly. Over time, this can lead to chronic stress, anxiety, or physical symptoms despite external competence.
Imposter syndrome
Visibility at work can place a direct load on the nervous system. This may show up as performance anxiety, physical symptoms before speaking, avoidance of exposure, or a mismatch between how someone feels internally and how they are perceived externally. The work focuses on regulating the body’s response to visibility, not forcing confidence.
Public speaking and visibility
Chronic workplace stress often manifests physically before it becomes consciously recognised. This can include sleep disruption, digestive issues, tension, irritability, or emotional numbness. Rather than focusing on coping strategies alone, we look at how prolonged stress has been held in the body and how to restore regulation over time.

How this work is held
This work is typically engaged by organisations seeking to support employees on an individual, confidential basis. While the engagement may be organisational, the therapeutic relationship is held solely with the individual client.
Sessions are one-to-one, confidential, and therapeutically held. No feedback, reporting, or performance information is shared with employers.
A consultation is required before beginning to ensure clarity, fit, and appropriate boundaries for all parties.
