This programme is suited to people who experience a distance from authenticity because their nervous system learned early on that safety and connection came first.

It speaks to many people with trauma histories, particularly those shaped by developmental or relational trauma, or long-term emotional adaptation. It also speaks to people who may not use the language of trauma, yet recognise familiar patterns of people-pleasing, self-monitoring, or losing contact with internal signals in relationship.


This programme may be supportive if you:

  • learned early to prioritise others’ needs and expectations

  • feel unclear about who you are beneath adaptation

  • notice fawning, appeasement, or chronic self-adjustment

  • have developed strong self-awareness while still struggling with authenticity

  • feel overwhelmed by approaches that emphasise expression or change


This work welcomes a wide range of lived experience. You are not required to define yourself through trauma, nor to downplay what you have been shaped by, in order to engage with it.
